The lineup for UFC 201 has undergone a last-minute change.

Combat Press has learned from sources close to the situation that flyweight Ray Borg is injured and out of his match-up with Fredy Serrano. Stepping in for Borg will be Ryan Benoit.Tyron Woodley VS. Robbie Lawler

The 26-year-old Benoit has been out of action since UFC 193 in November. The Texas-based fighter suffered a first-round submission loss to Ben Nguyen at the event, halting the momentum of his second-round finish of Sergio Pettis in his previous Octagon appearance. Seven of Benoit’s eight career wins have come via strikes.

Colombia’s Serrano will be making his third UFC appearance after competing on The Ultimate Fighter: Latin America. The former Olympic wrestler has earned back-to-back stoppage wins and will look to build on his undefeated record.

The UFC announced Monday that flyweight contender Wilson Reis will face Octagon newcomer Hector Sandoval on the UFC 201 card on July 30.

Sean Santella originally agreed to fight Reis last week, but was unable to gain proper medical clearance on short notice.Tyron Woodley VS. Robbie Lawler

UFC 201, which takes place at Philips Arena in Atlanta, is headlined by the welterweight championship fight between Robbie Lawler and Tyron Woodley. The card airs live on Pay-Per-View.

A member of the Team Alpha Male squad in Sacramento, the 12-2 Sandoval has won several titles on the regional circuit, and he brings a four-fight winning streak into his UFC debut against Reis.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) welterweight champion Robbie Lawler put his 170-pound title up for grabs in the UFC 189 pay-per-view (PPV) co-main event, which took place roughly one year ago inside MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

MacDonald was close to capturing a decision on the judges’ scorecards (see them here), but Lawler did that rage-bro thing in the fifth and final round and put “Red King” down with a broken face, claiming the technical knockout victory while holding on to his division strap.

Lawler went on to win his next fight against Carlos Condit and will now face Tyron Woodley later this month at UFC 201. MacDonald, meanwhile, dropped a decision in his follow-up fight against red-hot welterweight contender Stephen “Wonderboy” Thompson.
